ERIC
Owner & President
Eric Price has built his life on Fredericton’s Northside, living and working there for over 30 years. Eric started Sherico Developments 12 years ago and remains dedicated to building a business that satisfies his clients. He also started The Bostonian 2 for 1 Pizzeria on Union St. in Devon in 1992 and has created bonds with former staff and customers that still survive today. Eric is a proud supporter of the city’s drive to end homelessness and has partnered with the Province of New Brunswick for two Northside low income housing projects, with one being recognized with a Development Award from the city. He lives with his wife, Sherry, and they have 2 adult children, Brandon and Ashley and 3 grandchildren.
DEBORAH
Executive Assistant: Helping you achieve your goals.
Deborah has been married to Dana for over 30 years and together they have 4 children: Anglea, Chris, Victoria and Peter. They are grandparents to 9 grandchildren. Her family is her priority. She also loves to camp, travel, hunt, garden, cook and read. Deborah and Dana enjoy hosting International Students from around the world. Deborah loves her job. She's excited to meet you and help you settle into YOUR new home.
